Job Title: Sales Manager – Corporate Services Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month + Uncapped Commission (OTE 2–3x Base Salary) About the Opportunity SELECTED is partnering with an established and rapidly growing corporate services business in Dubai to appoint an experienced Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities and leading a high-performing sales team within the UAE market. Key Responsibilities - Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C markets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through to negotiation and closing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders. - Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity and conversion rates to maximise commercial results. - Coach and mentor team members to improve individual performance and overall team productivity. - Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and support business expansion. Ideal Candidate Profile - Proven experience in sales management, ideally within corporate services, business setup, professional services or a related industry. - Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing sales teams. - Strong business development, negotiation and closing capabilities. - Commercially astute with a proactive, results-driven mindset. - Excellent communication, relationship management and leadership skills. - Previous experience operating within the UAE market is essential.
