Join the award-winning haus & haus residential leasing team in Dubai. You'll help landlords let their properties and match tenants with the right homes, building a long-term career in one of the world's busiest rental markets. Leasing is a great way into Dubai real estate. No property experience is needed: our training team will get you licensed and give you everything you need to succeed. What You Will Do • Win new rental listings through daily outbound calls to landlords and property owners. • Conduct rental appraisals and advise landlords on achievable rents. • Photograph properties and write listings for Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle. • Qualify tenants, arrange viewings and negotiate rental terms. • Manage each tenancy from offer to move-in, including tenancy contracts and Ejari registration. • Work to clear weekly activity standards for calls, viewings and new listings Required Qualifications • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to generate new business every day. • Fluent written and spoken English. • A full, valid driving licence - you'll be on the road from day one (UK, European and many other licences convert to a UAE licence). Preferred Qualifications • A valid RERA certificate (or we'll book your course for you). • Additional languages. Training & Development • Structured training from our in-haus training team from your first day, backed by our online learning platform. • Your RERA course and exam booked for you in your second month. Until you're licensed, you work under your manager's broker registration, so you can start building your pipeline straight away. • Day-to-day coaching from your manager and the chance to learn from some of Dubai's top-performing agents. • A clear career ladder with published gates, so you always know what the next step takes. What We Offer • Uncapped earning potential: you keep 50% of the commission of the fees from your closed deals, from your very first deal, rising to 55% as a Senior Consultant, 60-65% as an Associate Director and 70% as an Associate Partner. • Promotion based on performance, not time served: Senior Consultant is open to you after three months on target. • Monthly, quarterly and annual incentives, quarterly celebrations and an annual trip for top performers (recent trips: Ibiza, Thailand and Prague). • Full relocation support: our admin team runs your visa and Emirates ID from start to finish, and health insurance is included. • 30 calendar days of annual leave. • Access to the haus & haus car scheme. • A collaborative team with dedicated management, administration and marketing support.
