Key Responsibilities: • Handling end-to-end leasing transactions, from property viewings to finalizing offers between landlords and tenants. • Capitalizing on high rental demand by actively managing and marketing a portfolio of premium leasing properties. • Staying strictly informed on Dubai’s latest rental laws, RERA guidelines, and Ejari registration processes. • Coordinating and conducting accurate market rental valuations for landlords. • Hosting property viewings and delivering a high-standard, luxury client experience. • Building strong relationships with landlords to secure exclusive leasing rights and property management opportunities. • Liaising with internal teams for smooth contract drafting, compliance, and seamless tenant onboarding. • Generating new leasing leads through networking, referrals, and our internal database to supplement the listings provided by senior management. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in real estate (sales or leasing) OR a highly driven newcomer with a strong grasp of today’s rental market dynamics. • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (Essential for daily viewings). • Currently residing in the UAE. • Fluent in English (Additional languages such as German, French, Hungarian, Spanish, or Russian are a strong advantage). • A proactive, fast-moving, and self-motivated attitude suited for the fast-paced leasing sector. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Note: This is a commission-based position with exceptionally high earning potential—ideal for those who want full control over their financial success.
