About the role
Engagement details: • Job Title: Product Manager, Global Accounts & Money Movement • Client: Global Cards & Payments Firm • End Client: Leading Regional Payments-provider (Fintech) • Employment type: Initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension • Location: Onsite in Dubai, UAE • Experience level: 10+ years • Availability: Immediately available with eligibility to work in Dubai Role Overview: Our client, a Global Cards & Payments firm, is engaged with a leading fintech in Dubai and is seeking to onboard a Product Manager, Global Accounts & Money Movement who will help the client bring a new stablecoin-enabled cross-border payments proposition to market for its business customers. The goal is to make international payments and collections faster, cheaper and easier for small and medium-sized businesses. The incumbent will own the product from requirements through launch and then commercial adoption and coordinate the client, a technology platform partner and the wider payments ecosystem to deliver a live, scaling product. This is a chance to shape one of the region's first realworld uses of regulated stablecoin rails, and to grow your career in one of the fastest-moving areas of payments. Key Responsibilities: • Own the product vision, requirements and roadmap for stablecoin-enabled cross-border payments, collections and payouts. Translate customer needs into prioritised, testable requirements. • Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners. Keep a single integrated plan, and surface and resolve dependencies and risks before they affect launch dates. • Provide product-led oversight of the platform integration. Resolve requirements, design and integration questions without carrying out development work yourself. • Lead launch readiness, including UAT scenarios, operational processes, compliance checkpoints (KYC/KYB, AML, Travel Rule) and post-launch stabilisation. • Drive commercialisation. Build go-to-market materials, enable sales and onboarding teams, support merchant acquisition and track activation and usage. • Measure and iterate. Set up product KPIs and feedback loops, and use the data to refine features, pricing inputs and the customer experience. • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders through concise status updates, decision papers and risk escalations Key Performance Indicators: • On-time go-live against agreed milestones, with critical defects closed before launch • Merchant onboarding conversion (applied → approved → live) • Activation rate: share of onboarded merchants transacting within 30/60/90 days • Growth in cross-border payment volume and transaction count after launch • Payment success rate and settlement-time performance against target • Time from customer feedback to roadmap decision (product iteration cycle time) Knowledge and Experience Mandatory Skills: • Payments product management across the full lifecycle (discovery → launch → scale) • Managing multiple parties and partners on complex delivery programmes • Cross-border payments domain knowledge Other Requirements: • Cross-border payments, money movement, FX and settlement; working knowledge of stablecoins, digital asset wallets and fiat on/off-ramps • Acquiring, PSP, merchant services or B2B payments experience, ideally serving SMEs, marketplaces or platforms • Familiarity with API-based payment platforms, payment orchestration and reconciliation tools • Understanding of UAE/GCC regulatory expectations for payments and virtual assets (e.g., VARA, Central Bank of the UAE frameworks) • Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban) and product tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalents; CSPO, PMP or SAFe certification is a plus • Clear written and verbal communication, including turning technical topics into business decisions for senior audiences • Builds trust across organisational boundaries and partners; shares credit and invites challenge • Focuses on customer outcomes, makes decisions with incomplete information, and moves quickly without cutting corners on quality or compliance
