The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience within technology, energy, telecommunications, or related industries and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on expanding access to clean energy solutions. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and closure. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities. Stakeholder Management • Coordinate activities across technical, operational, commercial, and external stakeholders. • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews. • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior leadership. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Risk & Issue Management • Identify project risks, issues, and constraints proactively. • Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project impacts. • Escalate critical issues appropriately and recommend solutions. Resource & Budget Management • Coordinate internal and external resources to support project delivery. • Track project expenditures and ensure efficient utilization of budgets. • Monitor project performance against approved plans and budgets. Process Improvement • Establish and maintain project governance standards, documentation, and reporting frameworks. • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices. • Support organizational change management and user adoption activities when required. Vendor & Partner Coordination • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, timeline, and contractual requirements. Knowledge and skills Experience • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex projects in the digital field. • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. • Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills. • Experience in renewable energy, solar energy, telecommunications, fintech, or technology-driven organizations. • Experience managing digital transformation, systems implementation, or operational improvement projects. • Experience managing budgets and project reporting. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Language(s): • English • Arabic (is a plus) Technology: • Advanced MS Office user • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex projects in the digital field. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills. Experience in renewable energy, solar energy, telecommunications, fintech, or technology-driven organizations. Experience managing digital transformation, systems implementation, or operational improvement projects. Experience managing budgets and project reporting. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Language: English (Arabic is a plus). Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
