Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and maintain effective governance to achieve strategic and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, handover and closure. • Develop business cases, project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, communication plans and risk registers. • Define project scope, deliverables, success criteria and expected outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders. • Track progress against milestones, budgets, quality standards and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required. • Coordinate internal teams, external partners and vendors to manage dependencies and maintain delivery commitments. • Identify and manage risks, issues and changes, escalating matters requiring management decisions. • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, governance requirements and approved project management frameworks. • Facilitate project meetings and steering committees, providing clear dashboards, status reports and executive updates. • Support procurement and vendor management, including RFP preparation, technical evaluations, contract administration and performance monitoring. • Evaluate outcomes, track expected benefits and capture lessons learned to improve future delivery. Requirements Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Public Administration or a related discipline. • Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in project management or related fields. • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile or an equivalent professional certification is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, cross-functional stakeholders, budgets and competing priorities. • Strong skills in planning, risk management, change control, governance and executive reporting.
