About the role

Deep Knowledge Group runs a portfolio of longevity and health-tech brands. There is a lot we plan to do in marketing, and we need someone who makes sure it actually gets done. You will be the link between the company, our social media agency and the people who need to respond. The role You are a hands-on generalist who knows how marketing works and what goes where. We consider ourselves an AI-driven company, so AI can do much of the typing. You decide what to ask for, check that it is right, and know where it belongs. We are looking for a builder: naturally curious, a self-starter, and someone who owns what they do. When you see something not working, you make it work, without waiting to be asked. You would rather prevent a problem than fix it afterwards, and you stay a step ahead. You are also not shy about being visible. When social listening shows a moment worth joining, you carry the banner and post. What you will do • Social media: supervise the external agency that runs our channels. Keep the content calendar moving, and make sure comments, messages and mentions get answered quickly and professionally. • Posting and listening: use our social listening tools to keep an eye on competitors, trends and mentions. This is a light, regular check, not a daily grind. When something relevant comes up, you act on it and post without waiting for permission. • Content repurposing: take what other departments produce (research, reports, news, events) and break it down into digestible pieces for each channel, then put them into production. • Bridge to management: nudge leadership for commentary, quotes and replies, whether it is a media inquiry or an influencer engaging with us on LinkedIn. You make sure the right person responds and that we show up as professionals. • Paid media: plan and run ads on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. Practical working knowledge is what we need, not a specialist in every platform. • Content and web: keep the content on our websites and pages current. Make basic page edits yourself, in the CMS or in simple HTML. • SEO and demand: read search data and spot gaps, such as topics many people look for where we have nothing. Turn them into clear briefs for writers and editors. • Reporting and requests: handle the steady flow of small marketing tasks and pull the numbers people ask for. Report regularly and in writing on what ran, what it cost and what happened. • Working with automation: work with our Marketing Operations team, who build the automations and tracking. You define what is needed and check that it works. What the environment is like We are a research organisation, so the tone is credible and professional. Work runs through a structured intake with regular reporting, and there is a lot to catch up on. We move fast and have no limits on tooling. We value people who see a gap and fix it. What we are looking for • A builder and self-starter: you own your results, you act before being asked, and you prefer preventing problems to firefighting • Naturally curious and proactive: you stay a step ahead • Confident public voice: you are comfortable posting on behalf of a company quickly and well • 3+ years in digital or social media marketing, in agency-facing or in-house roles • Experience managing an agency or freelancers and holding them to a standard • Experience with social listening or monitoring tools, and turning long-form content into short, channel-ready pieces • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ideally X and TikTok ads • Basic SEO understanding: search data, keyword gaps, on-page basics, Search Console • Practical AI fluency: you use AI tools for research, drafting, analysis and automation, and you check the output • Basic website knowledge: you know what DNS is, where a tag goes in a page, and how a page is delivered • Confident communicator who is comfortable pushing senior people for answers, politely and persistently • Clear writing and reporting habits Nice to have: HubSpot or similar CRM, Google Tag Manager, Wix, PostHog, experience in science, health or finance, fluent Russian Reports to the Head of MarTech. [Location / remote] · [Full-time / contract]
