About the role

The role Deep Knowledge Group runs a portfolio of longevity and health-tech websites and platforms. Today the website tracking, the application analytics, the CRM and the campaign reports each work on their own. You will connect them: set up tracking, run the analytics and CRM systems, and make sure enquiries and reports reach the people who act on them. What you will own Tracking and measurement • Create and run the company’s Google tag / GA4 account, install tags across Wix, custom-HTML and application sites, and remove the legacy tags that would double-fire. • Verify sites in Search Console, submit sitemaps and keep reporting access working. • Implement advertising pixels and conversion events with consent handling. • Test that events actually arrive, with source, consent and duplicate checks, and keep a coverage record per site. Analytics platform (PostHog) • Define a small shared event set, source and campaign fields, and how an anonymous visitor becomes a known contact. • Run PostHog: projects, access, cost, identity handoff between domains, and event-based dashboards that update without manual spreadsheets. CRM and automation (HubSpot) • Map form submissions, sources and outcomes into CRM contacts, with duplicate handling. • Repair and maintain inbound email classification and routing, so every actionable enquiry reaches a named owner. • Build audience segments with clear entry, exit and suppression rules, and run one follow-up workflow with the BisDev team. Reporting and process • Keep dashboards labelled with data freshness and alert on collection failures. • Document the setup so another person can run it: procedures, event definitions and a record of every automation and its owner. Your first 90 days • Weeks 1–4: take over the new Google tag account, verify the priority sites in Search Console, and record a baseline of what tracks and what doesn’t. • Weeks 5–8: agree the event and identity rules, and install tracking on the pilot sites in a way that survives page changes. • Weeks 9–13: connect forms to the CRM, fix enquiry routing, and publish the first automatically updated dashboard. What we are looking for Required • 3+ years in marketing operations, marketing analytics or a similar hands-on role. • Hands-on with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Search Console, including consent and debugging. • Experience with a CRM and marketing automation, ideally HubSpot (we also have Zoho in use), including forms, workflows and routing. • Experience with an event analytics tool such as PostHog, Mixpanel or Amplitude, including user identity. • Comfortable reading page source and network requests to confirm that tracking works. • You write clearly and document what you build. Helpful • Experience with Wix and custom or application sites, and Cloudflare. • Server-side tracking or conversion APIs. • Basic SQL or scripting. • Experience with GDPR or similar consent rules. What this role is not • Web development: page templates, the scheduled checking worker and site fixes belong to a web engineer. • Content and SEO writing, which belongs to the editor. • Commercial follow-up, which BisDev owns. You build the routing and fields; they run the conversations. How you will work You will work with the Head of MarTech, the web operations specialist (forms, publishing and web edits), the BisDev team, Front-end and Product. Tools include Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, PostHog, HubSpot, Slack and Google Workspace. Working hours are flexible, with overlap with UK time (our team works roughly 8:00–18:00 UK).
