Job Summary & Purpose Achievement of Sales Target of the Store and maintaining the service standards of SDG Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities • Achievement of individual Sales, Department Sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets • Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements • Thorough knowledge of products in his department • My Area My Responsibility (MAMR) • Training & Succession planning of the team members to enhance productivity & efficiency • Maintain the display logic, planogram & placards • Perpetual Inventory Count • Cleanliness of area of responsibility
