Sales Supervisor Modern Trade - K

Job Purpose; To enhance the goal & power of sales fundamental which will end to volume. (Distribution, Shelving, Display and Pricing) across multiple brands & Channels. Key Accountabilities; Manage and direct Sales team to establish proper Visibility, Availability and effective implementation of promotional activities. Ensure superior sales fundamentals applied in all store through sales Gate to Gate and Market to gate excursuses. Ensure Achievement of sales target by sales representative, Brand , Chanel and customers. Cascade target to all sales team by Customer, brand by SKU, and monitor team achievements in a daily basis. Achieve sales collection target by customer as per agreement with customer to avoid over aging. Communicate monthly close out reports with related feedback analysis. Ensure availability of stocks for customers. Control expiries, damages stocks in addition to Stocks aging. Undertake any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by the management.
