Hiring: Head Waiter / Floor Supervisor Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Restaurant: Upcoming Premium Indian Fine-Dining Restaurant We are currently looking for an experienced Head Waiter / Floor Supervisor to join an upcoming premium Indian fine-dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a highly motivated hospitality professional with strong experience in high-volume restaurants, fine dining and premium guest service. The ideal candidate should have excellent floor management skills, the ability to lead a team and confidence in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily front-of-house and restaurant floor operations. • Lead, motivate and manage the service team to maintain exceptional service standards. • Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. • Oversee table arrangements, reservations, guest seating and service flow. • Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally. • Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. • Train and guide junior service staff on service procedures and guest interaction. • Ensure efficient service during busy periods and high-volume operations. • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and service targets. Candidate Requirements • Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Floor Supervisor or Senior Captain in a reputed restaurant. • Experience working in high-volume restaurants is essential. • Exposure to premium Indian restaurants, fine dining or luxury hospitality will be an advantage. • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards. • Excellent communication, leadership and guest-handling skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment. • Professional appearance and a positive, hands-on approach. • Must be available to join immediately or at very short notice.
