Head Waiter

We are seeking an experienced and professional Head Waiter to oversee our front-of-house operations, lead our service team, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide floor staff to maintain high standards of service and presentation. • Guest Relations: Welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and promptly handle any guest inquiries or feedback. • Service Coordination: Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate food and beverage delivery. • Floor Management: Monitor dining room cleanliness, ambiance, table settings, and overall operational flow during service hours. • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all service areas. Requirements & Qualifications • Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Captain, or Senior Waiter in a high-end or busy restaurant environment. • Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced setting. • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
