About the role

Our Client :An established food business with ambitions to accelerate growth through product innovation, category development and market expansion across the GCC ,Levant and beyond. Your Role : We are looking for a Head of Marketing who understands food beyond the packaging and the campaign. Someone who can translate consumer tastes, culinary trends and regional eating habits into commercially successful products. You will lead the NPD and marketing agenda, identifying opportunities across food, condiments, sauces, seasonings and related culinary categories, and working closely with R&D, sales and operations to take products from concept to shelf. The real test is what happens after launch. You will be accountable for building a commercially relevant innovation pipeline, improving product adoption, driving repeat purchases and ensuring NPD delivers incremental revenue and profitable growth. You'll also shape brand positioning, portfolio strategy, pricing, go-to-market plans and consumer engagement across markets with distinct tastes, channels and competitive dynamics. Must Have • Strong marketing leadership experience within the food industry, ideally across condiments, sauces, seasonings, culinary products or adjacent categories. • Demonstrated ownership of NPD strategy and commercialization, from consumer insights and product concepts through launch and post-launch performance. • Meaningful exposure to GCC and Levant markets, with an understanding of regional food preferences, consumption occasions and category dynamics. • Strong commercial understanding of NPD performance, including launch success rates, SKU productivity, repeat purchase, incremental sales, cannibalisation and contribution margins. • Experience working closely with culinary, R&D, manufacturing and commercial teams to develop products consumers actually want to buy again. • Ability to manage brand growth, category strategy, portfolio profitability and marketing investment. • Fluency in Arabic and English. • Female candidates are particularly encouraged to apply. Next Steps If you've built food brands, developed successful culinary products and can demonstrate how your NPD decisions translated into profitable growth, we'd like to hear from you.
