Role Description The Plastic Surgeon is responsible for providing comprehensive plastic and reconstructive surgical care, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and operative procedures aligned with Alfardan Medical's patient-first philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing elective cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, conducting pre- and post-operative assessments, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care. The role involves participating in clinical meetings, maintaining meticulous medical documentation, adhering to evidence-based protocols, and supporting continuous quality improvement and innovation in surgical care. The Plastic Surgeon is also expected to educate patients about treatment options, risks, and recovery, and uphold high professional and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lusail, Qatar. Qualifications • Demonstrated expertise in Plastic Surgery and Surgery, with proven experience in both elective and reconstructive procedures. • Advanced skills in Cosmetic Surgery, with a strong understanding of aesthetic principles and patient-centered outcomes. • Medical degree (MD or equivalent), completion of accredited residency in plastic surgery, and board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery. • Valid license or eligibility for licensure to practice medicine and surgery in Qatar. • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment. • Experience in a tertiary or high-acuity setting and familiarity with advanced medical technologies is highly beneficial.
