Operations Manager

Job Purpose Oversee the execution of the operational strategy across Barn’s branches , ensuring operational targets and standards are met in service, quality, efficiency, and customer experience. The role leads regional teams and aligns cross-functional efforts to drive effective and sustainable operations. Key Responsibilities • Execute operational plans and strategies approved by senior management. • Lead and guide Operations Teams to achieve performance targets. • Monitor operational KPIs, analyze results, and report to management. • Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality. • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Procurement, Training, and Expansion to ensure integrated execution. • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures across all branches. • Lead new branch openings and ensure operational readiness. • Support capability-building and field leadership development programs. • Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and drive proactive solutions. • Represent the Operations function in meetings and periodic reporting. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Executive Master’s or MBA preferred). • 8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 3 years directly supervising regional or field teams in Retail or F&B. • Fluency in Arabic and English. • Strong leadership, performance management, and analytical thinking skills. • Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities. • Proven ability to manage crises and operational challenges.
