Senior Operations Manager

The Opportunity You'll oversee operational performance across our Central Warehouse and regional fulfillment hubs, ensuring that people, processes, technology, and resources work together to deliver exceptional service. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll translate business priorities into effective operational plans, lead multifunctional teams, and drive improvements in productivity, cost, capacity, quality, and customer experience. What You'll Be Doing • Lead warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, and domestic distribution operations across multiple operational functions. • Oversee high-volume B2C fulfillment, including express, same-day, and quick-commerce delivery operations. • Manage dedicated B2B and retail fulfillment activities while maintaining efficiency across core operations. • Drive performance against KPIs, service-level agreements, productivity, quality, and cost targets. • Lead operational capacity planning, workforce allocation, and resource optimization. • Develop flexible staffing strategies to respond to changing volumes, peak periods, and seasonal demand. • Optimize warehouse workflows, space utilization, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment processes. • Partner with Process Excellence, Internal Control, and technology teams to improve operational performance and strengthen controls. • Support WMS, automation, and operational transformation initiatives. • Identify operational risks, resolve performance challenges, and strengthen business continuity. • Lead, coach, and develop Area Operations Managers and operational leadership teams. • Provide senior leadership with performance insights, recommendations, and improvement plans. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or master's degree is preferred. • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in warehouse, supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, retail, or operations management. • At least 6 years of managerial or senior operational leadership experience, managing large, multifunctional teams. • Proven experience overseeing complex warehouse and fulfillment operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, B2B, B2C, and logistics. • Strong understanding of high-volume fulfillment, express delivery, same-day operations, and service-level management. • Experience managing multi-site operations, third-party logistics providers, or regional fulfillment networks is an advantage. • Strong capabilities in capacity planning, workforce optimization, cost management, and operational performance improvement. • Proficiency in ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and logistics management systems. • Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytical skills. Experience with business intelligence tools is an advantage. • Strong leadership, strategic execution, change management, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
