IT Support Staff (Apple Home Automation)

We have an urgent requirement for IT Support Staff (Apple Home Automation) for client in Abu Dhabi ,UAE Job Purpose IT Support is responsible to aid, providing maintenance and support regarding the IT needs of the royal family inside their home.Key Accountabilities: • He/she is responsible to perform regular check-ups or inspections in networkingdevices, AV infrastructure, and other IT/AV related peripherals. • Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting on hardware/software issues. • Ensure printer management configuration and other scanning devices. • Setting up Apple devices (Laptop, IPAD, Mobile phones & Apple TV) and AV systemsincluding other peripherals • Doing backup & restoration of IOS platform devices if required • Setting up projectors, and sound systems as per request. • Setting up gaming devices for the kids for their personal use & Events. • Installation & updating of application software as required with management approval. • Setting up the operating system (windows XP,7,8 & 10,11 & MAC OSX) • Assist in the actual events for technicalities and sometimesprinting/laminating/labelling • Perform any other related duties as required and asked by the reporting manager. Experience : 2-5 years’ experience as an IT support specialist Skills And Competencies • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users. • Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics. • Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security. • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
