He/she is responsible to perform regular check-ups or inspections in networking devices, AV infrastructure, and other IT/AV related peripherals. • Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting on hardware/software issues. • Ensure printer management configuration and other scanning devices. • Setting up Apple devices (Laptop, IPAD, Mobile phones & Apple TV) and AV systems including other peripherals • Doing backup & restoration of IOS platform devices if required Qualifications Diploma/ Degree in in computer science, information technology, or similar. Minimum years of experience 2-5 years’ experience as an IT support specialist Skills and Competencies • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users. • Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics. • Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security. • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support Interested candidates send me your CV with below details.
