Role Description The Transportation Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Transportation Manager will oversee daily transportation operations, including planning and scheduling routes, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery performance across the Kingdom. This role will monitor fleet utilization, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance while enforcing safety, compliance, and quality standards. The Transportation Manager will collaborate closely with warehousing, procurement, and advisory teams to optimize end-to-end logistics flows and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves managing relationships with carriers and clients, resolving transportation issues, analyzing operational data, and implementing process enhancements aligned with LogeMate’s strategic goals. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Transportation Management skills to oversee daily transport activities and optimize logistics performance. • Candidates should possess solid Fleet Management skills to manage vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and driver coordination. • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain professional stakeholder relationships. • Candidates should have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with route planning, KPI tracking, and cost optimization. • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, preferably within 3PL, e-commerce, or distribution environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia. • Proficiency with transportation or fleet management systems (TMS) and basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting. • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities, and lead teams in a fast-paced
