Operations Manager

📍 Dubai, UAE 🕰️ Full-Time | Permanent 🇦🇪 Must be already based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license About Bella Coffee We distribute some of the most exciting FMCG and Beverage Equipment brands in the world — matcha from PerfectTed, Oatly, Rude Health and many more — across the UAE’s best cafés, hotels, restaurants, offices, and retailers. The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own everything between a confirmed order and a delivered one. You’ll run our warehouses, logistics, inbound shipments, and fleet, and lead a team of across logistics, order processing, warehouse, drivers, and technical service. This is a working role: you’ll be on the warehouse floor often, not just behind a screen. 📦 What You’ll Be Doing • Owning order-to-delivery end to end, so every order leaves complete and arrives on time • Running two warehouses: stock accuracy, FIFO, expiry control, and regular cycle counts • Managing inbound shipments: import documents, customs clearance, and product registrations • Preparing purchase orders from system-generated demand planning data for management approval • Chasing suppliers and tracking landed costs on every shipment • Managing the fleet: vehicles, maintenance, fuel, and Salik • Coordinating coffee machine installations and servicing through our technical team • Reporting monthly on stock variance, on-time delivery, inbound delays, and logistics cost What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in FMCG or F&B distribution operations in the UAE • Experience managing a team • Hands-on warehouse experience: stock counts, FIFO, expiry management • Strong Excel skills and experience with Zoho or a similar ERP • Comfortable acting on system-generated reorder data and reading stock reports • Valid UAE driving license Advantageous: experience with UAE food import processes (Dubai Municipality, customs, FTA excise), experience in a small or mid-sized distributor, living on the Sharjah/Ajman side Please note: candidates whose experience is mainly in large corporate environments without hands-on warehouse responsibility will not be considered.
