We are hiring a Human Resource Manager Job Location - Dubai Salary - AED 16000 + UAE labour benefits + bonus Role Description We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of mandatory experience in a Dubai-based construction company. • Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records. • Manage employment contracts, visas, renewals, and other HR documentation. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions. • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to meet workforce requirements. • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
