HR Generalist

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. • Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave and attendance. • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits. • Support employee relations, performance management and HR policies. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. • Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare HR reports. • Support visa/work permit and other employee-related processes. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. • UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE Labour Law .
