Soft Service Foreman

Required Candidates: Open to All Nationality Company: Confidential Location: All Over Kingdom of, Saudi Arabia (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Associate: AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR) • Oversee and manage all daily soft services activities including cleaning, pest control, waste management, and hygiene services to ensure high standards across all facility areas. • Supervise cleaning supervisors and staff, manage attendance, shifts, leaves, and ensure proper manpower coverage at all times. • Manage and monitor outsourced service providers to ensure contractual compliance, service quality, and timely execution. • Manage cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment through proper requisition, storage, distribution, and inventory control. • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and company policies across all soft services activities. • Conduct inspections, maintain logs, prepare reports, and coordinate with maintenance, operations, and management teams. ACTIVITIES 1. Supervise daily cleaning and soft services operations across the facility. 2. Manage attendance, shifts, absences, and prepare monthly attendance reports. 3. Prepare work schedules and ensure adherence by all staff and contractors. 4. Supervise contracted cleaning, pest control, waste management, and air freshener service providers. 5. Conduct regular inspection tours and report observations or issues to management. 6. Raise purchase requests for cleaning materials, receive items, distribute them, and record transactions in the system. 7. Monitor cleaning equipment performance and coordinate repairs or replacements when required. 8. Ensure restrooms and public areas always meet hygiene and cleanliness standards. 9. Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding any breakdowns or malfunctions. 10. Train supervisors and staff on cleaning procedures, material usage, and safety practices. ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION • Minimum High School Certificate or Diploma. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. • Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning, soft services, or facilities operations. DESIRABLE • Previous supervisory experience in malls, entertainment venues, or large facilities.
