Supervise daily maintenance activities 2. Planned Preventive Maintenance 3. Corrective Maintenance 4. Team Supervision 5. Contractor Supervision 6. HSE Compliance 7. Asset Reliability 8. Work Order Management. ACTIVITIES 1. Supervise Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil and Mechanical maintenance works. 2. Allocate daily work assignments to technicians. 3. Monitor completion of preventive and corrective maintenance. 4. Inspect maintenance quality and workmanship. 5. Respond to emergency breakdowns. 6. Supervise contractors during maintenance and project activities. 7. Ensure compliance with HSE and Permit-to-Work procedures. 8. Maintain maintenance records and update CMMS/CAFM. 9. Coordinate with tenants and mall operations for maintenance activities. 10. Monitor spare parts requirements and report shortages. 11. Conduct routine inspections of all building systems. 12. Report equipment abnormalities to the Facility lead/Engineer/Manager. ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION • Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. • 4–5 years of Facilities experience, preferably in shopping malls or commercial buildings. • Experience supervising Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil, and Mechanical maintenance teams. • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. • Experience in contractor supervision, work planning, and quality control. • Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), generators, pumps, LV electrical systems, and fire protection systems. • Experience using CMMS/CAFM systems.
