Technician

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Riyadh In this role, you will be responsible for executing preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient site operations. Key Responsibilities • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs across site facilities. • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution boards, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment. • Respond promptly to client service requests, work orders, and emergency call-outs within agreed SLA timelines. • Perform basic carpentry, masonry, paint touch-ups, and general building maintenance as needed. • Ensure all work adheres strictly to health, safety, environment (HSE), and quality standards. • Maintain clear logs of completed work orders and spare parts inventory using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Key Requirements & Qualifications • Education: Technical Diploma (HVAC / Electrical / Mechanical). • Experience: 3–5 years in Facilities Management maintenance. • Core Skills: HVAC, LV Electrical, Plumbing, and basic MEP repairs. • Certifications & Requirements: Valid KSA Driver’s License, Good spoken English, and transferable
