About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment and systems. • Maintain and troubleshoot high-voltage (HT) and low-voltage (LT) electrical networks and associated equipment. • Assist in diagnosing electrical faults and implementing appropriate corrective actions. • Support and guide skilled electrical maintenance personnel. • Carry out electrical modifications, minor projects, and improvement works on existing electrical systems. • Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness in electrical equipment and work areas. • Follow safety procedures and obtain the required work permits before performing maintenance activities. • Maintain electrical equipment reliability through scheduled preventive maintenance activities. Qualification Requirements • Diploma in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of electrical equipment in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industry. OR • Secondary School Certificate. • Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of electrical equipment in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industry. • Practical knowledge of HT/LT electrical networks, industrial electrical equipment, and preventive maintenance procedures. • Familiarity with work permit systems and industrial HSE requirements.
