About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities • Dismantle, inspect, overhaul, reassemble, and align electric motors of various sizes and power ratings. • Perform maintenance, repair, and restoration of electric motor components requiring skilled fitting. • Diagnose motor faults and carry out necessary corrective maintenance. • Ensure repaired motors meet required operational and safety standards. • Follow maintenance procedures and applicable HSE requirements. Qualification Requirements • Diploma in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance and repair within the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industry. OR • Secondary School Certificate. • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in electrical equipment repair within the Oil & Gas industry. • Hands-on experience in dismantling, overhauling, reassembling, and aligning electric motors. • Knowledge of electrical motor maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair practices.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance and repair within the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industry. OR Secondary School Certificate.
