About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and electrical instrumentation and control systems. • Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, SCADA, microprocessor-based systems, engine management systems, and plant protection systems. • Inspect and maintain plant and instrument air supply systems, air dryer packages, and instrumentation associated with rotating equipment. • Diagnose faults in control systems and associated instrumentation and implement corrective actions. • Perform maintenance, servicing, testing, and repair of control valves and instrumentation equipment. • Coordinate instrument repair, testing, and overhaul activities. • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable HSE requirements and safety procedures. • Maintain daily maintenance reports, calibration records, and spare-parts utilization logs. Qualification Requirements • Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering. • Minimum 4 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul, preferably in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industry. OR • Secondary School Certificate. • Minimum 7 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul, preferably in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industry. • Practical knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic instrumentation and industrial control systems. • Experience with PLC, DCS, SCADA, control valves, and instrumentation maintenance is preferred.
