🏡 We're Hiring | Marketing Specialist – Residential Real Estate 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to support marketing campaigns, project launches, and lead-generation activities across our residential real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns for residential projects. • Coordinate property launches, real estate exhibitions, and sales center activations. • Support lead-generation campaigns and collaborate with Sales teams. • Manage marketing agencies, promotional materials, and branding activities. • Monitor campaign performance and conduct market and competitor analysis. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience. • Experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and promotional activities. • Experience in residential real estate or property development marketing is highly preferred. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
