Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Lead end-to-end mechanical design, from concept engineering and tender review to detailed fabrication drawings and as-built documentation. Design generator assemblies integrating engines such as Perkins, Cummins, Volvo Penta, FPT, Kubota, and MTU. Develop acoustic enclosures, containerized generator packages, skid-mounted units, baseframes, chassis, and structural supports. Engineer cooling, ventilation, exhaust, and fuel systems in accordance with project specifications and OEM requirements. Coordinate mechanical interfaces with electrical panels, control cabinets, fire and gas systems, and auxiliary equipment. Support production, fabrication, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and final project handover. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, safety standards, manufacturability, and cost targets.
