Job Description • أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على درجة الدكتوراه في تخصص الاعلام بدراسة منتظمة، ومن إحدى الجامعات العالمية المرموقة المعترف بها من قبل كلية المجتمع. • أن يكون المتقدم لديه خبرة لا تقل عن سبع سنوات في التدريس على مستوى الجامعة أو التعليم العالي . • أن يكون المتقدم لديه خبرة في التدريس في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في قطر. • أن يجتاز المتقدم معايير الاختيار المعتمدة في الكلية بما في ذلك إجراء مقابلة شخصية أو أي اختبارات أخرى معتمدة . • إظهار المهارة والمعرفة التامة في تدريس المقررات الدراسية ذات الصلة بتخصصه. • تطوير المناهج الدراسية للمقررات ذات الصلة. • المشاركة فى تطوير البرامج واقتراح برامج جديدة. • مراجعة وتقييم الكتب الدراسية، والتوصية بالكتب والمواد التعليمية للطلاب. • استخدام وتطوير مجموعة متنوعة من المواد التعليمية التي تساعد الطلاب في تحقيق أهداف المقرر. • بذل جهود متواصلة لتحسين جودة التعليم من خلال استخدام المنهجيات والتقنيات وطرق التعليم المبتكرة. • تقييم الطلاب لقياس تحقيق أهداف ومخرجات التعلم للمقرر والبرنامج. • الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطالب وتقديم التقارير والنماذج ذات الصلة ضمن الجداول الزمنية المطلوبة. • القدرة على استخدام التكنولوجيا بفعالية للأغراض التعليمية والإدارية. • تدريس المقررات في أوقات مختلفة، ومواقع الكلية المختلفة وللبنين والبنات حسب احتياجات الكلية. اااحتياجات الكلية .

The applicant must hold a PhD in Media Studies with regular study from a prestigious world university recognized by the Community College. At least seven years of university-level or higher education teaching experience. Experience in teaching in higher education institutions in Qatar. Able to pass college selection criteria including interview, personality assessment, or other approved tests. Demonstrated skill and knowledge in teaching relevant courses in their specialty. Ability to develop curricula for related courses. Participation in program development and proposing new programs. Review and evaluate textbooks, and recommend books and educational materials for students. Use and develop a variety of educational materials to help students achieve course objectives. Continuous efforts to improve teaching quality through methodologies and innovative teaching methods. Assess students to measure achievement of learning outcomes for the course and program. Maintain student records and submit relevant reports and forms as per schedules. Ability to use technology effectively for educational and administrative purposes. Teach courses at different times, in different college locations, and for both male and female students as appropriate.

Develop curricula for relevant courses; participate in program development and proposing new programs; review and evaluate textbooks and recommend educational materials; use and develop a variety of teaching materials to help students achieve course objectives; continuously improve teaching quality through innovative methods; assess students to measure learning outcomes; maintain student records and submit reports; teach courses at different times and locations; utilize technology effectively for educational and administrative purposes.
