Role Description The Procurement Operations Analyst is a part-time role responsible for supporting end-to-end procurement activities and ensuring efficient purchasing processes. This hybrid position is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing purchase orders, tracking order status, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role involves evaluating suppliers, monitoring performance, assisting with contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and budget guidelines. The Procurement Operations Analyst will also analyze procurement data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to optimize cost, quality, and supplier relationships. Qualifications • Strong procurement process knowledge, including experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement workflows. • Demonstrated ability in Supplier Evaluation and performance monitoring. • Experience supporting or participating in Contract Negotiation and vendor agreements. • Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, preparing reports, and identifying process improvements. • Relevant education in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field. • Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems and standard office software tools. • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment. • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with regional business practices is an advantage.
