We give experienced agents the freedom to close deals and enjoy the job, and if you’d prefer a more structured plan with targets and support, we can put that in place too. You choose what works for you. The role We’re looking for residential agents to join our team in Dubai. You’ll manage your own pipeline, work with a mix of warm third-party leads and your own network, and close sales and/or lettings with the backing of a supportive team. What we offer • Commission of up to 70% • Warm third-party leads. • Freedom to work your way, with no micromanagement, or a structured plan if you prefer • A relaxed approach to office attendance • In-house design support for listings, social content and personal branding What we’re looking for • Minimum of 6 months’ real estate experience in Dubai • A track record of closing deals • Good knowledge of the Dubai market, including secondary / off-plan / luxury, as relevant • Self-motivated, with the maturity to work independently • Professional, client-focused and confident in negotiations • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus Nice to have • An existing client base or network • Off-plan or luxury experience • Strong social media presence Show more Show less
