Requirements • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai • Valid UAE driving license • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, communities, developers, and investment opportunities • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills • Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven Key Responsibilities • Manage property sales from initial client inquiry through negotiation and successful deal closure. • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors. • Identify business opportunities and develop a strong network of potential clients. • Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and project presentations. • Provide clients with informed guidance on property options, investment opportunities, and payment plans. • Coordinate negotiations, documentation, and transaction follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
