Job Title: Business Banking Channels & Core Applications QA Analyst Job Code: JPC-6754 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Contract Duration: 12 Months Role Purpose Responsible for testing digital business banking channels and core banking integrations to ensure seamless customer experiences across digital channels and backend systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop test scenarios for banking channels and transaction workflows. • Perform end-to-end testing of customer servicing journeys across digital banking platforms. • Validate maker-checker workflows and transaction approval processes. • Verify channel integrations and user entitlements. • Test authentication and authorization controls to ensure secure access and transactions. • Support deployment verification and post-deployment testing. Experience Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA). • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Banking Channels or Digital Banking. • UAE or GCC banking experience is preferred. • Experience with corporate or business banking channels is highly desirable. • Exposure to digital transformation programmes is an advantage.
