Digital Innovation Sr. Specialist

Job Purpose Lead the identification, assessment, and implementation of digital innovation opportunities that support business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies, collaborate with stakeholders and technology partners, and coordinate innovative solutions to enhance digital experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Identify and evaluate digital innovation opportunities aligned with business needs and strategic objectives. • Collaborate with business units and technical teams to understand challenges and develop innovative digital solutions. • Maintain and prioritize the innovation pipeline based on business value, feasibility, cost, and risk. • Research emerging technologies, including AI, automation, digital twins, IoT, and advanced analytics. • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify innovative solutions, technologies, and potential partners. • Coordinate proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, and pilot initiatives, ensuring effective evaluation and delivery. • Assess pilot outcomes, document findings, and support the implementation and scaling of successful solutions. • Engage with technology providers, startups, and internal stakeholders to explore innovation and partnership opportunities. • Facilitate innovation workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions. • Support change management activities and stakeholder readiness to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions. • Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, and relevant teams to ensure technical and operational readiness. • Prepare reports and presentations on innovation initiatives, progress, risks, and business benefits. Education • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in digital innovation, digital transformation, technology consulting, digital change management, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in identifying, assessing, or delivering digital innovation initiatives, proofs of concept (PoCs), or pilot projects. Preferred Certifications • Design Thinking or Innovation Management certification. • Agile or Scrum certification. • Prosci Change Management certification. • Digital Transformation or Emerging Technology certifications.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in digital innovation, digital transformation, technology consulting, digital change management, or related fields.
