Digital Development Director

Purpose of Job The job holder is responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of digital solutions and products, by overseeing multidisciplinary teams and applying flexible working methods, and ensuring the development of integrated and high-quality digital solutions that comply with business requirements and enterprise design standards, in order to achieve implementation efficiency, systems sustainability, quality of digital outputs, enhancing the user experience and achieving digital transformation goals. Job Resposiblites • Implement plans and provide the necessary inputs to be able to achieve digital development goals that support the Authority's overall strategic objectives • Discuss budget requirements Digital development with senior management and provide input related to the budgeting process • Ensure optimal use of the digital development budget and provide an accurate report on progress and challenges encountered • Validate initiatives and propose the implementation of those that achieve positive financial results for digital development and mitigate financial and operational risks. • Supervise the readiness of test environments and implement system tests and user acceptance tests in accordance with approved standards. • Oversee design, development, and testing reviews to ensure integrity, quality, and consistency in digital outputs. • Lead, manage and direct technical and digital teams to ensure the achievement of operational and strategic objectives. • Manage the launches of digital products and services and ensure the readiness of the systems and related entities and the plans for retreat and continuity. • Establish a high-performance working environment and promote ZATCA values Job Details Communication and Contacs Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent degree required Master's degree in Information Technology Management or Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred Experience An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level Competencies Collaboration and Communication - Proficient Customer Focus - Proficient Develop Teams - Proficient Enablement of Change and Innovation - Proficient IT Change Management - Advanced IT Compliance - Advanced Leading by Example - Proficient Operational Excellence - Proficient Professionalism - Proficient Project Management - Advanced Results Oriented - Proficient Software Development - Advanced Solutions Development Planning and Integration - Advanced Strategic Thinking - Developing
