The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit • 15+ years of finance experience, including substantial leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a comparable senior finance role • Experience within FMCG or a related industry is highly desirable • Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate • Fluency in Arabic is a must for this role • Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and business performance management • Strong expertise in financial governance, risk management, and commercial decision-making • Ability to partner with senior leadership and provide financial insights that guide business strategy • Experience leading, developing, and building high-performing finance teams • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify opportunities to improve profitability and support sustainable growth This is an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy and long-term growth.
