What This Role Is About Our client is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner, based in Riyadh, to provide strategic financial insight and support business performance through informed commercial decision-making. The role will partner with senior leadership and key business stakeholders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will assess financial results, identify business risks and growth opportunities, and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that support profitability and long-term business objectives. This is a senior finance position for a commercially minded professional who can challenge assumptions, influence strategic decisions, and connect financial performance with wider business priorities. The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit • 8+ years of experience in commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, or finance business partnering • Proven ability to support senior leadership with financial insights and strategic recommendations • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting • Experience analysing revenue, costs, margins, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement • Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights and influence commercial decisions • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise business leaders • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools • Excellent analytical skills, commercial judgement, and communication abilities This is an opportunity to partner with senior leadership, influence business strategy, and drive sustainable financial performance.
