Job Description Job Title: Specialist Physician-Dermatology Department: Dermatology Location: Ibri, Sultanate of Oman Qualification: DNB Dermatology / DM Dermatology / DCVL / FCPS / MRCP Position Summary Our client, a leading multi-specialty hospital group in the Sultanate of Oman, is seeking a Specialist Dermatologist to join its Dermatology department in Ibri. The role carries a strong focus on aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology in addition to general clinical dermatology care. Experience Required ● Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience. ● Preference for specialists with 4–6 years of experience after specialization. Key Skills ● Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dermatology — Botox, Dermal Fillers, Chemical Peels, PRP Therapy, Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Procedures ● Pigmentation Management and Acne Scar Treatments ● Anti-Aging Procedures ● General clinical dermatology diagnosis and management Key Responsibilities ● Conduct outpatient dermatology consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. ● Perform aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology procedures as per clinical protocols. ● Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. ● Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases. ● Ensure compliance with hospital quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Licensing Requirements ● Prometric Written Examination Report (preferred). ● Oman Dataflow completed or MOH License (added advantage). ● Selected candidates will be required to complete the Oman Specialist Medical Board (OSMB) licensing process: ○ Dataflow Verification (Educational Qualifications & Experience Certificates) — https://omsb.gov.om/home/infoPage?id=571 ○ OMSB Prometric Written Examination — https://home.pearsonvue.com/Test-takers.aspx ○ OMSB Oral (VIVA) Examination, conducted virtually or in person. Licensing steps include Oman Specialist Medical Board process (Dataflow verification, OMSB Prometric Written Examination, OMSB Oral). Prometric Written Examination Report preferred; Oman Dataflow completed or MOH License added advantage.
