Sales Manager Real Estate

Our client, a boutique real estate agency in Dubai, is hiring a hands-on, results-driven Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the UAE market, at least two years of proven experience leading a team of 10–15 agents across off-plan and secondary areas. Key responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 12–15 real estate agents • Train and coach agents to ensure they fully understand the sales process and follow it consistently • Set clear expectations and help the team achieve its sales targets every month • Support agents with active deals, client communication, and negotiations • Monitor performance, identify challenges, and help agents improve • Stay actively involved in sales process, leading by example • Drive sales across both off-plan and secondary-market properties What we’re looking for: • At least 2 years of proven success as a Team Leader in Real Estate • Experience leading and managing a team of 10–15 sales agents • A strong track record in both off-plan and secondary-market sales • Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills • A hands-on, target-driven approach and the ability to help a team deliver consistent monthly results
