Real Estate Agent

Our client, a boutique real estate agency in Dubai, is looking for an experienced, results-driven Real Estate Agent to join its team. To apply for this role you must be based in Dubai and have proven sales experience with UAE properties. Key responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties • Generate and follow up on leads, and develop a strong client pipeline • Arrange property viewings and guide clients through the buying process • Negotiate offers and support clients through to closing • Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s monthly results • Stay up to date with the UAE property market, including off-plan and secondary-market opportunities What we’re looking for: • At least 1 -2 years of real estate sales experience in UAE • Knowledge of both off-plan and secondary-market properties • Strong communication, client-service, and negotiation skills • A proactive, target-driven approach and the ability to manage a sales pipeline • Professionalism, persistence, and a genuine commitment to helping clients find the right property
