WE ARE HIRING : Real Estate Sales Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, proven leadership capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve individual and company sales targets. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market opportunities. • Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, conversion rates, and monthly targets. • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales consultants to enhance their performance and productivity. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property developers, and business partners. • Oversee client negotiations, property presentations, viewings, and transaction closures. • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s client base. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, property trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management. • Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE real estate regulations, and applicable RERA requirements. • Requirements & Qualifications • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a sales leadership or managerial position. • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary market transactions. • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. • Strong business development, networking, and client relationship management abilities. • Target-driven, commercially minded, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools. • Relevant UAE real estate experience and RERA credentials, where applicable.
