Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Waiter position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Waiter will greet guests, present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take orders accurately. The role includes serving food and drinks, checking on guest satisfaction, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and high-quality service. The Waiter will handle table setup and clearing, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and follow health and safety standards. The position also involves processing payments, answering guest questions, and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. • Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, including basic menu knowledge and proper serving techniques. • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. • Candidates should possess basic Cooking or food handling awareness to communicate effectively with the kitchen and understand dishes. • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment is highly beneficial. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive, service-oriented attitude. • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in the region are an advantage.
