Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager

LehLah is looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or agency campaign execution, with a strong understanding of the GCC creator landscape. Mandatory requirements: • Must be fluent in spoken Arabic & English. • This is a Remote Oppurtunity must be available to work as per Dubai/UAE business hours. • Must be comfortable communicating with Arabic-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities: • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and creator selection to content approval, publishing, tracking and reporting. • Identify and recommend the right creators based on campaign objectives, audience, content quality and budget. • Negotiate creator rates and deliverables to maximise campaign value. • Manage campaign budgets, timelines and deliverables effectively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and brand/client teams. • Support creative strategy and ensure content aligns with brand objectives and guidelines. • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights. • Stay updated on GCC creator trends, platforms and audience behaviour. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or a similar agency environment. • Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns, preferably across the GCC. • Strong commercial negotiation, client servicing and campaign management skills. • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
