Customer Service Executive

Location: Sharjah Salary: AED 7,000/- to 8,000/- Rotational Shifts: 8am to 5pm/ 11am to 8pm We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients. Ideal for candidates with strong customer service experience who are confident, well-presented, and professional in handling clients. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a positive, service-oriented attitude • Handle customer queries related to company services, applications, and documentation • Guide clients through online portals and basic processes • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests smoothly • Maintain accurate records of client interactions • Manage walk-ins, queues, and ensure a pleasant lobby experience • Handle escalations professionally and follow up until closure • Encourage client feedback and reviews after service completion What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 2 years of customer service / client-facing experience with administration background. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality • Basic computer skills and attention to detail • Experience in business setup / free zone / aviation/ hospitality/ service industry is a plus 📩 Interested candidates can share their CV via LinkedIn with your latest photograph.
