Role and Purpose The Graphic & Creative Designer will own the visual identity of Traders’ Hub and turn marketing, sales and corporate messages into clear, professional and consistent designs. The role covers campaign creatives, presentations and printed and digital collateral. In a regulated financial business, strong design must also be accurate and compliant, so the role combines creativity with careful attention to mandatory disclosures and risk warnings. Key Responsibilities Visual Identity and Brand Consistency • Protect and apply the Traders’ Hub brand guidelines, including logo use, colour palette, typography, imagery style and layout rules, across every channel and in both English and Arabic (right-to-left) formats. • Maintain and extend a library of approved templates, icons, illustrations and design assets so that other teams can produce on-brand materials quickly. • Recommend improvements to the brand system as the company grows, and update guidelines when approved. • Review materials created by other departments and partners for brand consistency when requested. Campaign Creatives • Design creative assets for digital and offline campaigns: paid ad banners in all required sizes, social media posts, stories, carousels, email headers, website and landing page graphics, and promotional visuals. • Create short motion graphics and video edits for social media and advertising, with support from the Content team on scripts and captions. • Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to produce variations for A/B testing and to refresh creatives based on performance data. • Adapt campaign ideas for platform specifications and for different audiences, including Arabic-speaking and international clients. Presentations and Corporate Materials • Design and format presentations for management, sales, partner and investor meetings, as well as for webinars, seminars and conferences. • Prepare company profiles, product explainers, market reports, newsletters and one-pagers with clear layouts and data visuals, working from content provided by the relevant teams. • Turn complex data and market information into charts, infographics and diagrams that are easy to read and understand. Collateral and Event Design • Design brochures, flyers, roll-up banners, backdrops, booth and stand graphics, signage, branded merchandise, business cards, name badges, stationery and office branding. • Support the Marketing & Events Coordinator with event materials, invitations, sponsorship branding and partner co-branded assets. • Prepare print-ready files and manage printing vendors on quality, timelines and cost. • Design platform and website visuals, such as banners, icons and onboarding graphics, in coordination with IT and web teams. Compliance and Governance • Make sure that every creative carries the required risk warnings and disclosures in a clear, legible size and position, as set by Compliance. • Do not design visuals that suggest guaranteed profits, exaggerate returns or minimise the risks of leveraged trading; escalate any concern to the Marketing Manager and Compliance. • Send final designs for Compliance approval before release, and keep organised version control and archives of approved files. • Use only properly licensed fonts, images, video and music, and respect intellectual property rights. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising or a related field. • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing team or agency; experience in financial services, fintech or a forex/CFD brokerage is an advantage. • A strong portfolio showing brand work, digital campaigns, presentations and print collateral. • Experience designing bilingual English and Arabic layouts, including right-to-left typography. • Proven hands-on experience in Motion Graphics covering animated ads and banners, social videos, reels, explainers and promotional clips. • Ability to work with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or Runway. • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. Technical Skills • Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign at an advanced level. • Video and motion tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro, or equivalents. • Figma or similar tools for web and interface design. • PowerPoint and Google Slides at an advanced level, including master slides and templates. • Knowledge of print production, colour management, file preparation and digital ad specifications. • Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools is an advantage, used within company policy and with proper licensing. Key Competencies • Strong visual taste, typography and layout skills, with a clear and professional style that suits a financial brand. • Meticulous attention to detail, especially for numbers, charts and mandatory disclosures. • Ability to take a brief, ask good questions and deliver on tight deadlines. • Receptive to feedback and able to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Compliance and external vendors. • Well organised, able to manage multiple requests and prioritise effectively. Key Performance indicators • On-time delivery of design requests and campaign assets. •
