In this role, you will take ownership of the creative execution across branding, campaigns, digital platforms, print, events, and exhibitions. You will work closely with our creative, content, marketing, and strategy teams to develop visual concepts that are not only visually outstanding, but also strategically relevant. You will also play an important role in guiding junior designers, maintaining high creative standards, and shaping the visual direction of key client projects. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, preferably within a creative, advertising, branding, or communication agency. • A strong portfolio demonstrating high quality work across branding, campaigns, visual identities, digital design, and creative communication. • Proven experience managing or leading design projects from concept to completion. • Experience providing creative direction or mentoring other designers. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, branding, and visual storytelling. • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop ideas beyond execution. • Strong understanding of both Arabic and English visual communication and design aesthetics. • Ability to work across several projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished creative work. • Ability to communicate and present creative ideas clearly and confidently. What We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in designers who are curious, visually ambitious, and passionate about creating work that stands out. Your portfolio should demonstrate not only technical execution, but also how you think, develop concepts, solve visual problems, and build brands. If you enjoy working across branding, campaigns, events, and multidisciplinary creative projects, we would love to see your work. • Show more Show less
