Strategic Partnership Executive

About Beanz Beanz is a leading coffee tech platform connecting coffee enthusiasts with their favourite specialty coffee shops. Present across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain, we partner with over 3,000 coffee shops, providing a seamless pre-ordering, loyalty, and digital experience for customers while supporting the growth of local cafés. Through the app, users can pre-order their favourite drinks, skip the queue, earn rewards with every purchase, and send coffee gifts to friends and family, building a connected community of coffee lovers and the cafés they care about. For our partners, Beanz is a growth channel: it brings new customers, drives repeat visits through loyalty and rewards, and provides insights that help businesses grow. As we continue to expand across the region, we’re building our presence in Kuwait and looking for people who want to shape how the Gulf experiences coffee. Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of potential partners across cafés, specialty coffee brands, roasters, and related F&B and retail businesses in Kuwait. • Lead partner meetings and pitch presentations, clearly communicating the value Beanz brings to their business. • Draft, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that balance partner needs with Beanz’s commercial goals. • Coordinate partner onboarding and activation plans, ensuring a smooth launch on the app. • Collaborate with marketing on co-branded campaigns, promotions, and launch activities that drive traffic and orders. • Work with product and operations teams to share partner feedback and improve the in-app experience for partners and users. • Monitor partner performance metrics (orders, redemptions, retention, campaign results) and prepare regular reports and insights. • Build long-term relationships with partners through regular check-ins, account reviews, and proactive support. • Recommend improvements and new partnership opportunities that support business growth in Kuwait and the wider region. • Keep up with market trends, competitor activity, and the local coffee scene. Requirements • 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, account management, or B2B sales. • Proven track record of building a pipeline, negotiating deals, and meeting or exceeding targets. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with external stakeholders. • Experience with sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue growth initiatives. • Ability to analyse data, interpret performance metrics, and turn them into clear reports and presentations. • Background in technology, digital platforms, apps, or the F&B/retail sector is highly preferred. • Existing network within Kuwait’s F&B and café scene is a strong plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage for local partnerships. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable spending a good share of time out in the field meeting partners.
