Responsibilities: 1. Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and approach potential partners aligned with Keeta's commercial and growth objectives; build and nurture long-term relationships with banks, card networks, loyalty programs, retail brands, corporates, telecoms, and government entities; maintain a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities and proactively source new commercial leads. 2. Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead the structuring of commercial terms, campaign mechanics, co-funding arrangements, and partnership agreements; negotiate win-win deals that protect Keeta's unit economics while delivering clear value to partners; coordinate with Legal and Finance to finalize contracts, SLAs, and commercial documentation. 3. Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage partnership campaigns end-to-end — from concept through launch, optimization, and post-campaign reporting; coordinate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology to ensure smooth, on-time campaign launches; act as the single point of contact for assigned partners throughout the partnership lifecycle. 4. Documentation, Reporting & Analytics: Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, business cases, and executive-level presentations; monitor campaign performance, deliver post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations; maintain organized records of agreements, partner communications, and partnership activities. 5. Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor partnership activity, and emerging commercial opportunities; surface insights and recommendations to leadership to inform broader partnership strategy. Requirements: 1. Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; 2–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role; strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills; excellent negotiation and presentation abilities; strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships in parallel; comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly scaling environment; fluent in both English and Arabic — written and spoken. 2. Preferred: Prior experience in food delivery, fintech, banking, telecom, e-commerce, or loyalty program partnerships; familiarity with the Kuwaiti and broader GCC commercial landscape; experience working with multinational or cross-cultural teams; analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign performance data.
